• Concrete cleaning: Driveways, sidewalks, patios, etc.

• Roof cleaning: Removal of moss, algae, and other debris.

• Gutter cleaning: Removal of leaves, debris, and clogs.

• Other services: window cleaning, concrete sealing, and more

2. Service Agreement:

• A service agreement will be established between BRIGHTENN Powerwash and the client upon acceptance of our service quote. This agreement outlines the scope of work, pricing, and payment terms.

• Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3. Quotes and Estimates:

• We provide free quotes and estimates for our services. These are based on a visual inspection of the property and the information you provide.

• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, such as loose paint, rotting wood, or faulty wiring.

• We are also not responsible for damage to items that are not properly secured or removed from the work area.

• If we cause any damage to your property due to our negligence, we will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace the damaged item.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee:
